Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Ishtar account and all associated personal information, you can submit a deletion request. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following will occur:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All personal information associated with your account will be removed from our servers
• Your trip history, wallet transactions, and payment records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes only
• Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before requesting deletion
• You will no longer have access to any services provided through your account

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app through your account settings, or contact us at support@ishtarapp.com with the following information:

• Your registered phone number
• Your full name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

Data Retention

Please be aware that while we delete your personal information upon request, we may retain certain information for legal, tax, or compliance purposes as required by applicable laws and regulations.
